Josh qualified as an Osteopath with a Masters’ degree from Leeds Beckett University. Due to Covid-19, Josh returned to the UK after working and gaining experience in Australia.
Josh has through his own experience with sporting injuries, seen the value in injury recovery and rehabilitation.
Josh is particularly interested in breathing mechanics, especially regarding those suffering from asthma, and how osteopathy can help this. Being an active person himself, he gets great joy in helping people enjoy the activities they love. He particularly finds it rewarding using his excellently accurate hands to release spinal joints as well as using dry needling to help stubborn and acutely painful problems.

You can also find Josh at Wakefield Osteopaths and Otley Osteopaths. Alternatively, you’ll find him open water swimming in the Yorkshire countryside, being the Peter Crouch of a local football team or on the golf course.
