
David has been a practicing Osteopath for over 4 years, graduating from the prestigious University College of Osteopathy in London and started his practice life in his home country of Cumbria. He has also worked in London, working in various clinics across the city before finding his way to Yorkshire.
He has a wealth of experience and a real passion for helping people to overcome pain and doing more of the things they love. His approach is personal and tailored and not just treating your injury, instead focusing on you as a whole person and aims to give you strategies to help your rehabilitation and prevent reoccurrence. He has a keen interest in biomechanics and understanding how the body moves and works a a whole. He uses a combination of massage, mobilisation and manipulation techniques and is qualified in dry needling / medical acupuncture. David has had a history of injures himself so is well placed to understand the concerns you may have and how to get you back on your feet again.
In his spare time David enjoys playing guitar, travelling and maintains an active lifestyle himself, regularly working out at the gym, cycling and enjoys challenging himself physically.
